What it is
Energy healing is Neelam’s own way of working with energy, and it includes Reiki.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice, traditionally offered through light touch or hands held just above the body, to support relaxation and a sense of balance. Neelam offers it at a distance, online. It’s often described less as “treatment” and more as an invitation to rest deeply.
How it can support you
For many, Reiki offers a rare experience: permission to do nothing at all. It can support relaxation, a quieter mind, and a felt sense of being cared for, without needing to talk, explain, or perform.
A session, step by step
- Before
A brief call to set intentions, and anything you’d like Neelam to know.
- During
At the scheduled time, you lie down in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, fully clothed, while Neelam works with your energy from a distance.
- After
A few quiet minutes to reorient before slowly sitting up. Many people describe feeling unusually calm.
What to expect
- A quiet, private space of your own, where you won’t be disturbed.
- No pressure to talk during the session.
- It’s common to feel sleepy, warm, or simply very still.
- Where: online.
It may resonate if…
- You’re craving stillness and permission to pause.
- You hold tension that doesn’t seem to release on its own.
- You want a calming experience with no active participation required.
Perhaps not right now if…
- You’d prefer something conversation-based. Akashic Records may fit better.
- Lying still for a while doesn’t appeal to you. Meditation offers a more active alternative.
Questions
Is Reiki a substitute for medical treatment?
No. It’s a complementary relaxation practice, not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable. You remain fully clothed throughout.
