What it is
A gentle, guided experience that helps you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself that may still carry unmet needs, old emotions, or limiting beliefs. It isn’t about changing your past. It’s about creating a kinder relationship with it, so you can move forward with greater ease.
How it can support you
Many people find this work helps them understand recurring emotional patterns, respond to themselves with more compassion, and feel more emotionally grounded. Over time, it can support deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of inner safety.
A session, step by step
- Before
A gentle conversation about what’s been on your mind, the patterns you’ve been noticing, or what has led you to explore inner child healing.
- During
Through guided reflection, visualisation, and compassionate conversation, you’ll be invited to connect with younger parts of yourself in a way that feels safe, supportive, and at your own pace. There is never any pressure to revisit memories before you’re ready.
- After
You’ll have time to reflect on your experience, ask questions, and receive gentle guidance on how to continue nurturing yourself beyond the session.
What to expect
- No prior experience is required.
- Available as one-on-one sessions.
- Every journey is unique. Some sessions may feel emotional, while others simply bring a sense of clarity or relief.
- Where: online or in person, Pune.
It may resonate if…
- You notice the same emotional patterns repeating in your life or relationships.
- You often struggle with self-worth, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally stuck.
- You’re ready to understand yourself with more compassion rather than self-criticism.
Perhaps not right now if…
- You’re looking for a practice focused primarily on physical relaxation or stress relief. Meditation or Sound Healing may feel like a better starting point.
Inner child healing is part of Past Life Therapy, Neelam’s series of past life regression sessions.
Questions
What if I don’t remember much about my childhood?
That’s completely okay. Inner child healing isn’t about remembering every detail. It’s about exploring how past experiences may still influence the way you feel, think, and respond today.
Do I have to talk about painful memories?
Only if and when you feel ready. The session moves at your pace, and you’re always encouraged to share only what feels safe and comfortable.
